About the role

You will join the HR group shared services team, which delivers HR operational support to all NUHS institutions under service level agreements and key performance indicators. The role covers end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding through contract management to offboarding. It suits someone organised, meticulous and comfortable handling high volumes of HR enquiries and data.

What you'll do

Handle HR-related enquiries from employees, line managers and other stakeholders through Ask HRSC (FormSG).
Log cases in the system, reassign those that cannot be answered by the HR Support Centre, and close them within SLA.
Create and maintain HR-related FAQs on the intranet and HR chatbot.

Manage and optimise the HR Support Centre knowledge database so content stays accurate and current.

Take part in activities promoting HR Support Centre services, such as designing eDMs and posters.

Support HR Operations with varied administrative tasks, including responding to reference check requests for former employees and preparing certificates of employment based on request types.

Carry out other HR-related administrative duties as assigned.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management analysis.

Identify improvement areas and help develop solutions that raise productivity, work quality and service delivery in HR support processes.

Perform any other reasonable and necessary duties assigned by the business.

Good to know

Open to changes in job portfolio within the HR shared service team due to re-organisation, resource allocation re-prioritisation, and demonstrated strengths and growth potential.

Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource or a business-related discipline
IT savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for large data sets
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentially
Able to work under tight timelines and respond to changing priorities
Able to work effectively in a performance-driven environment and collaborate with stakeholders
