Manage the full patient feedback process, from logging cases in CRM to investigation, drafting replies and closing them. Coordinate service training programmes and design content for training modules. Drive campaigns and create collaterals to promote service values among staff. Develop behavioural guidelines and FAQs for patient-facing staff, and support educational talks and staff engagement platforms. Plan and run service improvement initiatives to raise the patient experience and service image.
