About the role

This role supports Community Operations in delivering community-based health programmes and services across western Singapore. You will handle administrative, staff coordination, enquiry and inventory tasks for a regional health team, and it suits organised people who enjoy frontline operations work.

What you'll do

Provide administrative support for the daily running of Community Care programmes and services
Handle data entry, appointment scheduling and billing of services accurately and on time
Maintain and update operational databases and systems following set guidelines
Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding, including access requests, equipment provisioning and account termination

Make sure new hires have the needed access rights and equipment on their first day

Make sure access rights and equipment are recovered and terminated promptly when staff leave

Manage and respond to enquiries by phone and other communication channels

Give professional and timely help to residents, partners and internal stakeholders

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables, equipment and operational supplies

Coordinate procurement and replenishment so operations stay ready

Support community events and outreach activities when required

Take on other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor

Good to know

Weekend and public holiday operational support may be required

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations or customer service
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work alone or in a team
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
