You will oversee the daily operations of indoor attractions and experiences, ensuring smooth shift coverage, queue and crowd management, cleanliness and show quality. You will write and update SOPs and risk assessments, manage ticketing and cash handling, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will also lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management for the team. In addition, you will handle guest feedback, propose improvements for business growth and guest experience, and assist with reports, data analysis and wildlife management efforts.
