Senior Executive (Human Resource)

About the role

You will join the Human Resource Department and provide administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. Your duties include managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for Research staff, handling contract renewals and confirmation appraisals, and maintaining accurate employee e-PFiles in SuccessFactors. You will also be the point of contact for staff queries on recruitment, employment legislation, company policies and benefits. You will support annual audits and ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Up to date with Singapore employment practices and regulations, including the Employment Act and MOM guidelines
