About the role

Join the front office team at the Oasia cluster of hotels, where you will look after guests from arrival through to departure. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager and colleagues across Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier. This role suits friendly, service-minded people who enjoy interacting with guests and are comfortable in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Support the Assistant Manager in delivering courteous service and handling guest complaints, requests and enquiries efficiently and tactfully.

Coordinate with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on guest arrivals and departures.

Build rapport with in-house and long-staying guests and offer help when needed.

Make courtesy calls to guests.

Keep up to date with tourist-related information.

Maintain and manage stock of promotional materials for daily operations.

Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors diligently and professionally.

Good to know

Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Positions available at Oasia Hotel Novena and The Clan Hotel.

Requirements

Secondary school education or equivalent
Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Friendly and service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well with Front Office and other hotel departments as a team player
Neat and professional appearance with a positive work attitude
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
