About the role

You will provide efficient and courteous service to hotel guests, including baggage handling, transport assistance, and answering general enquiries. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager, Concierge, and Reception to support guests' arrival and departure. You will also conduct courtesy calls, build relationships with long-staying guests, and stay updated on tourist information. Additionally, you will manage promotional materials and identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Friendly and service-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Neat and professional appearance
