You will ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service through storytelling and creating moments of delight. You will handle accurate transactions at ticketing touchpoints and operate Adventure facilities, including daily safety checks and securing guests onto high-element rides. You will resolve guest feedback and concerns, and guide part-time staff in delivering guest experiences. You will also assist in training part-time staff and support wildlife-human management efforts such as recording sightings and educating guests on wildlife campaigns.
