When
You will perform electrical characterization and failure analysis of HBM products, distinguishing package versus device failures. You will use test tools such as uMate, Merlin, Mongoose SM3, and probers to analyse failures, document results, and coordinate further analysis with other engineering groups. You will also troubleshoot equipment issues, provide technical support and training to lab users, and maintain failure analysis databases. Additionally, you will apply AI to improve the EFA process and handle engineering requests and quality reviews.
