Oversee clinical research compliance management across SingHealth institutions. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including the Human Biomedical Research Act, Health Products Act, ICH-GCP guidelines and SOPs. Plan and conduct monitoring visits, prepare post-visit reports, and recommend preventive and corrective measures. Provide administrative support, develop education programmes, train new Clinical Research Associates, and chair department meetings.
