You will lead the strategic and operational planning and management of clinical research nurses, covering staffing, facilities, logistics and operations. You will co-lead clinical research study project management and administer clinical trial material to trial participants. You will maintain professional nursing standards to ensure participant safety and that data collection follows policies, procedures and integrity requirements. You will also comply with the Health Products Act, Human Biomedical Research Act, ICH-GCP safety guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
