What you'll do

Design and review training curricula that match organisational goals and emerging industry trends
Bring in modern technology such as AI and new methodologies so e-learning is engaging and learner outcomes improve
Create micro-learning and digital content for internal capability building and upskilling
Build metrics and assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Research and develop content, instructional materials and learning activities
Make sure curricula comply with regulatory standards and institutional policies
Grow professional communities on the CareersIgnite platform, driving engagement and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing
Develop community engagement strategies that connect career development professionals
Research and curate digital content supporting community learning and professional development
Keep organised digital repositories that are easy to access and regularly updated
Manage several end-to-end projects within scope, time and budget
Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables, and resolve challenges proactively
Facilitate interactive learning across online, hybrid and in-person formats using innovative tools
Apply adult learning principles and adapt delivery to different learning preferences and group dynamics
Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance assessments while keeping up with industry practice

Requirements

Demonstrated success designing and implementing effective learning programmes, with measurable learner outcomes and engagement
Proven track record building and managing online communities or digital engagement initiatives
Adult learning expertise shown through formal qualifications such as DACE/DDDLP, ACTA/ACLP, or equivalent demonstrated competency in facilitating adult learning programmes
Ability to design comprehensive training curricula that integrate modern learning technologies
Proven ability to design training curricula and integrate technology and AI tools into content
Experience managing digital platforms and building online communities, with strong networking capabilities
