Senior Manager, Digital Health Readiness (Contract)

About the role

Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of digital health enablement strategies for SingHealth's workforce. Identify training needs and develop programmes in both in-person and virtual formats. Establish frameworks and standards for curriculum design and content development across departments. Conduct training needs analyses and identify skill gaps through surveys, performance data and stakeholder feedback. Build evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness and present findings to senior leadership. Partner with Training Leads to align learning initiatives with operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, Psychology or related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
