When
You will set up and manage all aspects of the food services operation to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to patients. This includes developing food service policies and procedures that comply with health and safety regulations, managing the budget and finances, and working with nutritionists and dietitians to plan menus that meet patients' dietary needs. You will also help oversee the procurement of food and supplies. In addition, you will manage a team of outsourced food services staff, making sure they follow food safety standards and provide good customer service. You will drive initiatives to improve quality and efficiency, such as new technologies or sustainable practices, and support the hospital's Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition efforts.
