Senior Manager, Lead Business Solutions

What you'll do

• Co-ordinate with the leadership team and interfaces to define data quality solutions
• Partner with the business team to evaluate new ideas or initiatives raised by technology or business
• Manage digitisation and automation programmes to improve client experience
• Work with architects, solution engineers and the product team to facilitate prospecting
• Deliver business outcomes in line with defined technology and project management processes and frameworks, customising them for specific cash needs
• Manage solutions delivery within timelines
• Train and mentor newer or junior team members using training documents and knowledge sharing sessions
• Monitor team members' progress and give continuous feedback so they can grow
• Manage audit engagement and process compliance
• Maintain a traceability list for each requirement and solution
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
• Embed the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the bank, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Code of Conduct
• Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters collaboratively
• Work closely with product owners, business solution leads and the development team to support analysis and solutioning of payment initiatives
• Work with product managers, business solution leads, developers and peer BAs to ensure standardisation of the payments platform across countries
• Suggest improvements to internal processes along with possible solutions
• Work with programme, remote project management teams and scrum masters to hit key milestones and deliverables
• Communicate with system development and technology teams to establish solutions that meet business requirements
• Support the testing team as required to ensure product quality
• Manage scope in line with requirements, solution and user stories aligned to MVPs, documenting and getting approval for any deviation
