About the role
This role leads data governance across NHG, owning the full lifecycle from policy intent through to operational processes and accountability structures. You will work in a lean, hands-on team and engage independently with senior stakeholders across NHG institutions, MOH, and external agencies. It suits an experienced governance or data professional who is comfortable advising at group level and driving adoption on the ground.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain and review NHG's data governance policies, including the Datalake Governance Policy, DASP, SOT framework, Retention & Archival Policy, Data Quality Policy and Data Privacy Policy
- Manage HIT/HIM policy engagement with MOH
- Advise and guide NHG institutions on MOH and Group-level data governance and regulatory compliance
- Drive policy adoption across NHG through stakeholder engagement and implementation support
