About the role
This role heads the HR Technology Centre of Excellence, steering the planning and rollout of digital HR initiatives for a healthcare group. You will act as a trusted technology partner to HR leaders, turning business challenges into product roadmaps and AI-enabled solutions that improve the employee experience. It suits an experienced HR technology professional who is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and leading enterprise-wide change.
Translate business problems into technology product roadmaps and solutions
Lead evaluation and selection of HR technology, including internal and external AI tools
Design solutions and prepare proposals using automation and AI-driven insights
Champion continuous improvement and identify new technologies to enhance service delivery
Identify automation and AI opportunities by understanding HR business processes
Keep current on AI tools available internally and externally for HR use
Apply AI tools to improve process efficiency, cut manual work and improve staff experience
Partner with HR leaders to map and redesign processes for AI enablement
Streamline HR processes with self-service tools, workflow automation and AI-driven insights
Deploy AI-powered analytics to generate actionable workforce insights
Deploy reporting frameworks that identify trends, predict outcomes and recommend interventions
Establish advanced analytics and AI governance for data-driven HR strategies
Monitor employee engagement through surveys, feedback and communication patterns using AI analysis
Lead deployment and implementation of systems projects against project plans
Oversee SuccessFactors optimisation and continuous improvement across all modules
Drive automation, AI and predictive insights for scalable processes and digital experiences
Lead change management to drive user adoption and maximise digital investment returns
Ensure comprehensive training for employee groups on system usage and maintenance
Develop training processes and materials to support change communication during implementations

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience required
Requirements
Extensive SAP SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules (Employee Central, Time Off, PMGM, LMS, RCM, Reporting)
Proven experience in large-scale enterprise-wide implementations and optimisation
Track record managing and governing complex large-scale employee databases
Ability to ensure data integrity and system stability
Strategic business acumen to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps
Deep understanding of HR business processes and AI enablement
