About the role

This role sits with SingHealth's community health education arm, which develops learning programmes for healthcare and community care professionals. You will work with the Senior Assistant Director to co-lead planning, development and delivery of courses in case management and integrated health and social care. It suits someone with strong programme management experience who can keep courses practice-oriented and aligned with evolving care needs.

What you'll do

Lead planning, development and delivery of courses in case management, care coordination and integrated health and social care
Ensure coherent curriculum design and progression across course offerings

Translate service and workforce capability needs into practice-oriented learning interventions

Work with curriculum specialists, subject matter experts and faculty to develop and refresh course content and materials

Align content with adult learning principles and SingHealth's educational standards

Oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned courses, including trainer coordination, learner administration and operational readiness

Manage delivery across classroom, blended and online formats and resolve delivery issues

Partner internal and external faculty, clinical leaders, practitioners and stakeholders in course design and delivery

Support faculty briefing and quality improvement, and maintain partnerships with departments, institutions and community care stakeholders

Establish quality assurance processes for courseware, delivery and learner evaluation, monitor training data and recommend refinements based on findings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline
At least 8 years of relevant experience in health or community healthcare training
Experience in case management, care coordination or integrated care is an advantage
Familiarity with WSQ programme development or SkillsFuture Singapore accreditation processes is an advantage
ACLP, DACE or equivalent certification is an added advantage
Strong understanding of instructional design and assessment approaches
