About the role

You will join the Citizen Platform Products division at GovTech, working on digital services that residents use to interact with the Singapore Government. The team builds applications such as FileSG, Signify, PersonaliseSG, CrowdTask SG and BookingSG, and is looking for mission-driven product managers who enjoy working where technology, policy and human-centred design meet.

What you'll do

Refine the product's North Star and identify high-value problems in citizen engagement
Develop strategies that balance user needs with national priorities and policy constraints
Own the end-to-end roadmap and prioritise features using data, technical feasibility and stakeholder impact

Focus on outcome delivery rather than just building features

Act as the bridge between cross-functional software development teams, policy makers and agency partners

Align diverse interests across agencies toward a common goal

Lead market sizing and user discovery to keep ahead of digital trends

Work with finance and agency stakeholders on sustainable funding models and pricing strategies

Drive product adoption through targeted communications and go-to-market strategies

Track product-market fit, evolve features and innovate based on new technologies

Foster continuous improvement and champion innovation best practices across GovTech and partner agencies

Requirements

Able to navigate cross-agency government priorities and build consensus where interests differ
