About the role
This role sits within Grab's Commercial Systems team, which drives platform delivery for commercial teams such as GCS, MEX, and GFin. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be embedded in delivery squads but work upstream, shaping intake and helping partners understand requirements so that execution runs smoothly. It suits someone with deep Salesforce experience who enjoys bridging strategy, process, and platform.
What you'll do
Work with partners to turn requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using interviews, workshops, use cases, and workflow mapping.
Produce structured documentation such as BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Manage backlog grooming and help prioritise work using impact-effort frameworks.
Lead UAT and SIT readiness alongside QA, business owners, and developers.
Guide execution of test scripts and ensure traceability back to requirements.
Identify design bottlenecks, propose automation opportunities, and streamline configurations to reduce technical debt.
Handle configuration and solutioning tasks hands-on, including flows, validation rules, security model, reports, dashboards, record types, and third-party tool integrations.
Act as the first escalation point for design decisions within a sprint cycle.
Work with teams and GTS BPs to intake, frame, and qualify new requests, aligning them to roadmap themes and preparing them for grooming, T-shirt sizing, and prioritisation.
Facilitate agreement across team leads, SMEs, and technical leads, ensuring clear communication and traceable decisions while surfacing trade-offs and managing delivery expectations.
Collaborate on large-scale programmes such as Sonic, driving standardisation of sales processes, account hierarchies, and segment-based journeys across countries and personas.
Escalate unclear requirements, integration mismatches, or misaligned expectations early, and support SIT/UAT planning and hypercare transition with GTS and vendor teams.
