About the role

NTUC Health is hiring a Senior Specialist for its End User Services team, supporting staff across the organisation with their devices, accounts and software. The role suits someone with helpdesk leadership experience who can guide a team, handle escalations and keep endpoint services running smoothly.

What you'll do

Help manage the EUS service desk team, covering both internal staff and vendors, so service levels are met
Serve as the subject matter expert for all EUS matters
Guide the EUS team on defined processes and check that they are followed
Act as the main contact and take charge of IT setup for new sites
Manage EUS-related projects

Requirements

1–3 years leading a helpdesk team plus 3–5 years of helpdesk experience, or a relevant certification
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory, file and print services, and networking
Solid understanding of computer hardware across Windows, Android, macOS and iOS
Proven problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
Strong at tracking issues through to resolution and closure
Service-oriented with good communication skills
