About the role

Join the service crew at a Delifrance outlet, where you'll help deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service so every guest leaves happy. This role suits energetic team players who enjoy variety, since you'll handle everything from orders to basic baking. No prior experience is needed as training is provided on the job.

What you'll do

Serve food and drinks to guests in a friendly, efficient way
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway
Handle customer enquiries and feedback, referring issues to supervisors when needed
Promote current and upcoming promotions to engage customers
Keep the outlet clean and maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Display food items properly and help customers choose and pack items

Support daily outlet operations such as stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening or closing duties

Help with basic baking tasks when required

Follow company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards, and take on other assigned duties
