About the role

This role sits within Citi Global Wealth, supporting Citigold and Citigold Private Client relationships alongside the Banker teams. It is a developing professional position suited to someone early in their career who is comfortable handling client transactions, investigations and account servicing. You will work with operational and middle office colleagues to keep service standards high.

What you'll do

Deliver wealth management services to Citigold and Citigold Private Client customers with direction from Banker teams
Manage and execute client transactions across business and individual banking, credit and investment products
Complete transactions within audit and compliance standards and within required timelines
Own client investigations such as statement reporting issues and pricing enquiries

Work with operational and middle office teams to resolve client issues effectively

Coordinate account maintenance for all products and reporting on WINS, including address changes, telephone number updates, account status changes, rates and fee waivers

Enforce banking policies and procedures to protect operational integrity while keeping client satisfaction high

Arrange and take part in client visits and conduct service quality check-in calls

Obtain banker and client appointments to build existing or new relationships

Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to a banker or product specialist

Use Citi applications proficiently and contribute to service process improvements

Assess risk in business decisions, follow applicable laws, rules and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently

Requirements

0-2 years of relevant experience
Able to multi-task with strong organisational and time management skills
Able to problem solve and analyse data with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Client facing experience
Strong background and interest in operations and compliance
