About the role
A technology services firm is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects across Singapore and the wider APAC region. You will manage delivery quality, schedules, budgets and risks while working with customers, vendors and internal teams. The role suits an experienced project manager with WAN migration and tech refresh background who communicates well with stakeholders.
What you'll do
Lead and deliver projects within time, scope and cost
Plan project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans
Manage issues from scope definition, disputes and integration of hardware, software, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion
Manage project financials and ensure accurate cost and revenue forecasting
Oversee implementation across schedules, budget, manpower and quality
Resolve project overrun issues and track progress for senior management and customers
Mobilise resources across teams to maximise productivity
Lead transition of projects to operations in line with customer requirements
Maintain service levels without financial penalty or security incidents
Manage contracts and subcontractors and engage stakeholders in decisions
Build long-term customer relationships and negotiate change control
Lead, guide and motivate project team members and manage performance reviews
Use Excel, Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools to analyse performance, resource use and financial data
Build dashboards and visual reports for project progress, risks and KPIs
Use Kanban tools such as Trello, Microsoft Planner or Project for the Web to track workflows
Apply agile tracking methods and run stand-ups or sprint reviews
Coordinate with internet service providers for WAN deployment
Plan and execute migration from legacy to new systems and integrate them into existing infrastructure
Prepare documentation such as SRs, rack mount plans and cabling plans, and coordinate TAF sessions

Based in Singapore with regional APAC coverage
Familiarity with GovTech processes is advantageous
