You will deliver friendly and efficient wine service that meets guest dining expectations, assisting the Head Sommelier with daily outlet operations. Duties include offering wine advice, taking and serving wine orders, recommending aperitifs and upselling wine by the glass or bottle. You will greet and farewell guests courteously, use guest names where appropriate, and adjust service for special requests. You will also handle mise-en-place, wine stock requisition and cellar arrangement, and keep wine and service areas clean and safe. You will work closely with the culinary, catering sales and service teams, and follow NEA rules and service standards.
