About the role

You will keep the spa clean and welcoming for guests. This includes daily cleaning of treatment rooms, washrooms and public areas, and making sure the spa ambience is set up to standard. You will greet guests by name, escort them to treatment rooms and serve drinks or cold towels. You will also handle linen, guest supplies and report any defects or lost property to your supervisor.

Requirements

Able to report for duty punctually in correct uniform and nametag
Maintains high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
Able to attend briefings, meetings and scheduled training, including outside regular hours
Knowledge of spa services to promote them
Understanding of health, hygiene and safety procedures
