Greet guests and offer help and consultation on spa enquiries to brand and Forbes standards
Answer phone calls professionally when giving information, handling enquiries and confirming spa reservations
Accept and accurately record all guest bookings, distributing bookings equally among therapists
Carry out cashiering duties following spa and MBS finance accounting procedures
Handle minor guest objections with initiative to improve guest satisfaction
Refer major guest objections to your superior to avoid further dissatisfaction
Keep the spa area clean and tidy
Coordinate with the Engineering Department on repair and maintenance work in the spa
Conduct inspections of spa areas as directed
Complete administrative tasks accurately, such as daily spa summary revenue form, cash float, general report, daily revenue report and flash report
Maximise spa slots, rooms and therapist productivity, and up-sell spa packages and the rewards programme
Increase the spa capture rate
Resolve minor guest complaints and lift satisfaction within your empowerment level, referring complicated cases to superiors
Act as a mini-manager responsible for designated areas
Increase interaction and independence with guests to build their confidence
Make your own decisions rather than always relying on or referring to superiors Good to know Rotating shifts including weekends No overnight shifts Based at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore Requirements No formal education required At least 2 years in a front-line customer service role, preferably hospitality or a related industry Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to use basic computer applications and handle incoming calls and enquiries Professional, healthy and well-groomed appearance Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends Apply on the company website
