You will lead a team in developing and executing reliability test flows for HBM products, covering both DRAM and interface die as well as stacked products. Your role involves driving extrinsic DPM reduction and intrinsic reliability, and optimizing manufacturing test flows to meet quality, cost, and cycle time targets. You will characterize products for reliability, identify gaps, and work on root cause resolution of qualification and RMA failures. You will also collaborate with Fab, TD, and GQ teams on process conversions to improve yield and reduce cost. Additionally, you will mentor team members and promote innovation.
