Staff STPG NAND Product Development Engineer

About the role

Own technical scope across NAND Test Chip Vehicle development, covering pre-silicon validation, post-silicon characterisation, simulation-to-silicon correlation and technology learning. Drive root cause analysis of silicon anomalies and define test modes, patterns and characterisation methodologies. Work with Design, Technology Development, Process Integration and Test teams to accelerate technology learning. Mentor less-experienced engineers and develop reusable technical documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• PhD with 2+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or Bachelor's with 7+ years relevant semiconductor experience
• Experience in pre-silicon simulation/regression ownership and post-silicon validation
• Strong knowledge of CMOS/MOSFET device physics, memory circuits and NAND flash architectures
• Proficiency in data analysis, scripting and statistics using Python, JMP or equivalent
• Knowledge of DFT, probe test infrastructure, failure analysis and silicon characterisation
• Structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
