When
You will keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and running smoothly. Duties include operating and maintaining dishwashing machines, changing water, de-liming machines, and washing pots and pans. You will also clean and store dishes, polish silverware, mop floors, and set up hot boxes and plate areas. You may be asked to handle emergencies and perform other tasks assigned by management.
