Talent Development Manager

About the role

Lead the design and delivery of global learning and development programmes across 18 markets. Conduct needs assessments and translate business objectives into effective learning solutions. Create and curate learning content, facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, and manage learning platforms and external vendors. Lead, coach and develop a small Talent Development team. Partner with HR Business Partners, managers and senior leaders to align learning initiatives with business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in learning and development, with a track record of designing and delivering successful learning programmes
• Experience conducting needs assessments and aligning learning solutions with business goals
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong project and programme management skills
