[Talent Pool] Luxury Yacht Crew – Marina Bay Sands (Singapore-Based)

About the role

Marina Bay Sands is building a talent pool for future full-time roles aboard its luxury hospitality chartering yacht operations. Successful candidates will deliver world-class service to high-profile guests at sea, working alongside experienced crew in a prestigious setting. Roles span deck, engineering, galley, and interior service departments. Crew work on a rotational schedule of 3 weeks on and 2 weeks off. This is an expression of interest for future openings, not an immediate vacancy.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury yacht, cruise, or high-end hospitality environments
• Valid STCW certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Mature, meticulous, resourceful, and organized
• Able to work independently and under pressure
