About the role

This role supports the audio, visual and lighting systems at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, keeping shows, events and daily operations running smoothly. You will join a maintenance and technical team serving the wildlife parks, and it suits someone hands-on who enjoys solving equipment problems on the spot.

What you'll do

Diagnose and fix faults in AV and control systems so audio and video signals transmit correctly
Carry out scheduled maintenance and upgrade systems to improve AV performance and reliability
Set up and run AV equipment for events held by internal and external stakeholders
Handle live troubleshooting of AV, electrical and mechanical problems to keep operations running
Take on other related duties as assigned

Good to know

Overtime may be needed, including weekends and public holidays

Requirements

Certificate in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
1-3 years of experience installing, troubleshooting and maintaining AV systems
Basic knowledge of AV systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Able to communicate well with supervisors and other teams
Attention to detail
