Temporary Supervisor, Visitor Management & Screening (4 months contract)

About the role

You will oversee daily operations at Visitor Registration Centres and supervise outsourced Customer Service Officers. You will ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, hospital policies, and VMS procedures. You will provide on-site guidance, coaching, and issue resolution support to frontline staff. You will coordinate with wards, Security, Facilities Management, IT Support, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will manage service recovery, respond to operational issues, and maintain inventory and operational readiness. You will also conduct basic troubleshooting of visitor management systems and support process improvements and emergency planning.

Requirements

• Diploma, GCE A-Level, GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Supervisory, customer service, healthcare operations, or people management experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in computer systems and operational IT applications
