About the role
This role is based at the Inflight Catering Centre 1 in Singapore, within a commercial kitchen that prepares inflight meals for airline clients. You will support production and packaging operations, working alongside a large multicultural brigade. It suits someone with an interest in food production who is comfortable with computer systems and food safety standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee production and packaging activities
- Monitor machines and equipment such as packaging and production lines, and report any faults
- Track the production schedule and make sure dishing is completed on time
- Coordinate production and the transfer of products between plants
- Organise or take part in time studies for shelf-life extension projects
