What you'll do
- Oversee tray assembly operations for presetting meal trays
- Monitor the presetting schedule and make sure preset activities finish on time
- Monitor and acknowledge flight advice or movements
- Interpret airline menu summaries and keep photo specifications updated to airline standards
- Coordinate with areas such as Documentation, Cabin, Production and the Duty Manager
