About the role
This role sits with Visa Client Care and covers strategy and operations work that is not customer-facing. You would set and run strategic priorities for the team, covering business planning, demand forecasting, workforce planning, quality assurance and performance metrics. It suits someone with a strong vendor and programme management background who enjoys working across many teams.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships and performance of outsourced contact centre business partners, covering account and programme management, documentation and business operations for services such as Concierge, Card Benefits and Promotions across North America and other regions.
- Support the day-to-day operational needs of Consumer Credit Product Offices.
- Apply vendor management, account management, operations support, business requirements development, project management and cross-functional teamwork.
