About the role
Sanofi is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Singapore manufacturing site, leading the Kitting and Raw Materials Sampling teams within the Warehouse & Logistics function. This hands-on role keeps material flows safe, compliant and efficient to support manufacturing and quality activities, and suits someone with supervisory experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or manufacturing logistics setting.
What you'll do
Lead daily warehouse and kitting work such as material picking, verification, preparation, labelling, assembly, staging and delivery to Manufacturing
Make sure raw materials, single-use technologies and consumables are prepared accurately to production requirements
Coordinate daily production orders so materials and kits reach the manufacturing floor on time
Keep material segregation, status identification and traceability in place across warehouse and kitting operations

Ensure warehouse and kitting activities follow cGMP, GDP, HSE, SOPs and Sanofi operational standards
Maintain workplace organisation, housekeeping and cleanliness through 5S principles
Keep warehouse and kitting equipment safe and reliable
Lead daily raw material sampling in line with approved SOPs, sampling plans and GMP requirements
Ensure sampling techniques and equipment give representative samples while limiting contamination and cross-contamination
Ensure samples are identified, labelled, segregated and documented accurately
Coordinate sampling schedules and material availability with QA/QC, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams
Handle and store samples correctly, including ambient, refrigerated (2–8°C) and frozen conditions
Ensure sampling records and electronic documentation meet ALCOA+ data integrity principles
Support investigations into sampling deviations, OOS results and other quality events, including root cause analysis and CAPA
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies
Oversee material movements, inventory adjustments and transactions in SAP
Ensure materials are received, stored, segregated and handled according to status and storage requirements
Monitor kitting consumables and sampling supplies and coordinate replenishment
Identify material shortages or inventory risks that could affect manufacturing
Lead, coach and develop employees across the Kitting and Sampling teams
Ensure staffing, training and operational readiness meet daily warehouse needs
Set clear performance expectations and ensure work is done safely, accurately and on time
Identify capability gaps and coordinate training and development plans
Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
Act as a key operational point of contact for warehouse, kitting and sampling matters
Partner with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, Engineering and IT to keep material flow and operations running smoothly

Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, manufacturing logistics, material handling, kitting, inventory or sampling operations
Demonstrated supervisory or people leadership experience, ideally leading multiple operational activities or teams
Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
Experience with warehouse material flows, production order fulfilment, inventory control and/or raw material sampling is preferred
Minimum Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or a related field
