Lead the regional operations agenda for Maersk Project Logistics across Asia Pacific. Drive operational performance, governance and service delivery while balancing safety, quality, customer experience and profitability. Define and implement standardised operational processes and lead transformation initiatives across markets. Build and develop a future-ready operations organisation through coaching and capability development. Act as a senior escalation point and build strong partnerships with global, commercial, product, finance and QHSE teams.
