About the role
This senior leadership role oversees the APAC Custody Production Management function, guiding a team of professionals to keep critical custody platforms stable and scalable. It suits an experienced technology manager with a strong track record leading high-performing teams in a fast-growing, multi-market environment.
What you'll do
Lead and transform the APAC Custody Production Management function from reactive incident handling to a proactive, resilient organisation.
Provide technical leadership to keep custody platforms stable and high-performing across a complex multi-market stack.
Act as a senior technology partner to the APAC Custody business, negotiating with and influencing senior internal leaders.
Own production environment stability during a period of rapid growth and safeguard client SLAs across the JANA cluster.
Execute stability and resiliency strategy to meet production management targets.
Guide development teams on application stability, scalability and supportability improvements.
Improve service levels to end users by strengthening incident and problem management and knowledge sharing.
Drive cost reductions, standardisation and efficiencies using AI enablers.
Manage one or more teams, including people, budget and planning, and coach team members.
Present at senior business review meetings, linking technology strategy to business outcomes.
Ensure adherence to support process and tool standards and help create or enhance processes.
Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance with laws, rules and regulations, and escalate control issues.
Manage vendor relationships, including oversight of offshore managed services.
Formulate and implement a framework for capacity, throughput and latency.
Define and implement application onboarding guidelines and standards.
Evaluate subordinate performance and make decisions on pay, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions.

Requirements
Comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact
