About the role

This role sits with the International Marketing team at Marina Bay Sands, focused on the Thai market and Premium players. You will build and maintain relationships with players, promote the Integrated Resort and its affiliated properties, and make sure every interaction delivers a strong customer experience. It suits someone with managerial experience in casino marketing or player development who is sales-driven and comfortable working across cultures.

What you'll do

Promote Marina Bay Sands and its affiliated properties to raise awareness
Promote gaming products and services to target segments, particularly Premium players
Build professional relationships with new and existing Premium players to increase visits
Keep customer experience central to all touchpoints, following company guidelines and policies
Develop player profiles so touchpoints reflect individual preferences
Manage complimentaries in line with reinvestment strategies and profitability targets
Provide accurate information, including financial status, for credit line recommendations
Follow up with credit patrons and liaise with Premium Account Management on due payments
Support a culture of communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements

Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
At least 3 years in managerial roles in casino marketing or player development within the Thailand region
In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, company compliance and credit policies
In-depth knowledge of gaming products and services at Paiza, especially the Premium Program
Knowledge of ACSC, Opera and Table Touch systems preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
