About the role
This is a six-month maternity cover position supporting the Finance Operations team at SP Group. The role focuses on day-to-day accounts payable and cash flow activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, vendor payments, and employee claims. It suits someone meticulous with strong numerical skills who can work independently and collaboratively.
What you'll do
- Prepare and ensure accurate and timely AR billings, credit assessment, aging, collections, and reconciliations for SP Group.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue AR accounts according to credit control strategies to minimise risk and maintain client relationships.
- Be involved in debt recovery for overdue client accounts and liaise with internal departments to resolve outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
