What you'll do

Promote the integrated resort and raise awareness of its affiliated properties
Promote gaming products and services to target segments, particularly premium SG/MY players
Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing premium players to increase visits
Keep excellent customer experience central to every touchpoint, in line with company policies and applicable guidelines
Develop player profiles so all touchpoints understand individual preferences
Manage complimentaries in line with reinvestment strategies to protect profitability and margin
Provide accurate information, including financial status, for credit line recommendations
Follow up with credit patrons and coordinate with Premium Account Management on payments due
Support a culture of communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements

High school education; a college degree is preferred
At least 2 years of solid experience in casino marketing or player development covering the SG/MY market
Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering, company compliance and credit policies
Strong knowledge of the gaming products and services offered at Paiza, especially the premium programme
Familiarity with ACSC, Opera and Table Touch systems is preferred
Proficient with basic Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
