Butler Communications Specialist

About the role

You will support the Butler team behind the scenes by preparing pre-arrival briefs, guest profiles and preference summaries. You will review daily arrivals, focusing on VIPs, repeat guests and special occasions, and proactively reach out to guests before arrival to confirm their preferences and requests. You will act as a central coordination point between Butler, Concierge, Guest Relations, Lobby Operations, Housekeeping and In-Suite Dining teams. You will also maintain accurate guest records, handle guest requests, and ensure all arrangements are documented and communicated clearly. The role requires strong administrative discipline, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential guest information.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Rooms Division, Reservations, Butler, or Guest Relations
• Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g. Opera) and guest profiling tools preferred
• Strong administrative and coordination experience in a luxury environment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for personalization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
