About the role

This role sits within the Client Account Services Maintenance team at Bank of Singapore, supporting Relationship Managers across all locations with client static data upkeep and documentation through the account lifecycle. You will handle post-onboarding maintenance requests, periodic KYC review documentation, and account monitoring, working closely with Front Office, Compliance and cross-functional Operations teams. It suits someone meticulous and detail-oriented who can manage complexity and work independently with minimal direction.

What you'll do

Review documents and update systems for post-onboarding maintenance requests from clients or Periodic KYC Reviews

Process Front Office documentation accurately and on time, meeting internal quality standards

Perform sanity checks on the Periodic Review list and prepare outstanding document lists for Front Office distribution

Update client static data in the Bank's core system promptly

Liaise with Relationship Managers and Marketing Assistants on the status of periodic review and maintenance cases

Handle queries, exceptions and investigation matters

Monitor and address account exceptions and deviations to ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures

Follow up and escalate Front Office queries to stakeholders in a timely manner

Keep abreast of risks and controls and ensure processes are aligned

Take on new tasks as required by the business

Requirements

At least 3-4 years of experience relating to documentation, preferably in private banking account services
Meticulous and detail-oriented with ability to handle complexity
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Maintain positive working relationships with personnel from other sections and divisions
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
