When
You will be the main point of contact for hotel guests, helping with travel arrangements, restaurant and flight bookings, and tourist information. You will handle limousine bookings, billing, and revenue forecasts, and make reservations for theatre, airlines, and transport. You will also assist with pre-arrival requests such as birthday decorations and anniversaries, and handle phone enquiries, mail, lost and found, and guest complaints. You need to follow hotel service and grooming standards and work well with other departments to meet guest needs.
