Manage CII system and network backup processes
Manage and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Conduct annual reviews and updates of ISMS policies and documentation
Implement cybersecurity requirements in line with CSA, PSO, EMA, CCOP and ISO 27001:2022
Own ISMS activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as liaison between the organisation, customers, auditors, service providers and internal stakeholders
Conduct annual cybersecurity risk assessments for CII systems
Identify, assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks
Perform vulnerability and patch management for OT/ICS environments
Plan and execute vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat hunting, purple team and tabletop exercises, and security reviews

Evaluate and monitor cybersecurity service performance and KPIs of third-party vendors and contractors
Coordinate cybersecurity activities with the EC&I Department
Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programmes and training sessions
Promote cybersecurity best practices across the organisation
