About the role
A senior HR leadership role with SingHealth, Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, shaping workforce and human capital strategy for more than 38,000 staff across hospitals, national specialty centres and polyclinics. You will report to the Deputy Group Chief Human Resource Officer and lead the Policy, Planning and Employee Relations functions, partnering with senior management, institutional HR leaders and the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Health Holdings. It suits an experienced HR leader who is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisation-wide change.
