About the role

This role works with business teams to spot ways technology, process redesign and innovation can improve how work gets done. You will act as the link between business and technology, combining product thinking, business consulting and digital knowledge to turn ideas into practical solutions. It suits someone with strong stakeholder skills who understands digital technologies, data and enterprise platforms well enough to work with product, engineering and technology teams, though software development and technical delivery are not part of the role.

What you'll do

Partner with business teams to understand operational challenges and find transformation opportunities
Translate business needs into solution concepts, product roadmaps and improvement initiatives
Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility and organisational readiness

Facilitate discovery sessions, design thinking workshops and process improvement activities

Drive rapid experimentation through proof of concepts and MVPs to validate business value

Apply product management principles to prioritise opportunities and define success metrics

Gather user feedback and refine solutions to maximise business outcomes

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications to improve business performance

Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams

Present solution recommendations and business cases to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Champion adoption of new ways of working and support organisational change initiatives

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting or related fields
Experience identifying business opportunities and translating them into technology-enabled solutions
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of AI, automation and digital technologies and their application to business transformation
Working knowledge of product management, data concepts and emerging technologies
