About the role

This role is a non-clinical operations position with NTUC Health, reporting to the Manager of Programmes & Services. You will own one of three functional pillars—Care and Service Liaison, Programme and Volunteer Management, or Employee Wellbeing & Administrative Support—with rotation across portfolios. It suits someone organised and people-focused who enjoys supporting seniors and their families.

What you'll do

Coordinate the full resident admission and discharge process, ensuring a smooth and caring experience for residents and families.
Conduct pre-admission counselling to set expectations and help residents adjust to nursing home life.
Handle government financial assistance applications under AIC funding frameworks.
Run structured financial reviews with residents, next of kin, and medical social workers to assess finances and set payment plans.

Lead facility-wide service quality efforts and manage feedback.

Create, send out, and analyse regular resident and family satisfaction surveys.

Gather quality metrics, compile operational data, and draft submissions for awards like SHQA and CCEA.

Support or lead quality and operational improvement projects assigned by the Manager.

Help maintain documentation, workflow compliance, and readiness for MOH audits and licensing.

Take part in planned job rotations to build cross-functional skills and cover team needs.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Social Services, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Passion for working with elderly residents
Adaptable and customer-focused
Eager to learn across administrative and operational functions
Collaborative mindset and able to work independently on projects and in cross-functional teams
